The wind in the leaves,
footsteps on a path,
silence… ”
I have just finished school. For several months, I film a childhood friend. The film was completed thanks to the Brussels film workshops, independent spaces dedicated to creation. A space where you are allowed to stumble and to take your time. The film traces a process of rebirth through my friend’s experience of losing and recovering her hearing.It is also my first film. It was created with joy and simplicity. It marks the beginning of a long collaboration with sound engineer Aline Huber.
